Kay Fakelis-Colón is a proven career professional. She began her career as a job coach, while a senior at The Ohio State University,working to help people with disabilities assimilate into the workforce. From there she moved into the role of job developer, meeting with employers to discuss hiring people with disabilities as well as teach her clients job seeking skills.
